Ken Lassiter

Ken was born and raised in Jefferson, North Carolina. He attended Pahokee High School (home to multiple Div I & NFL players). Ken attended Southwest Baptist University, where he received a BA in Elementary Education and Physical Education. He received his MA at Delta State University in Health, P.E., and Recreation. He has been a teacher, administrator and coach for 22 years at in high school and college.

His first mission trip with SCORE was to Argentina in 1986. Since then he has lead multiple teams on trips for over 10 years before becoming a staff member with SCORE for from 1996-2001 when he joined a church staff in Woodstock, GA and is directly involved in multiple projects across several continents. He became a member of the SCORE Board of Directors in 2003 and continues to serve the ministry in that capacity. Ken is has been a High School Basketball Official since 1997 and holds a leadership office Atlanta Area Basketball Officials and began the Fellowship of Basketball Officials.
